  • Prestar atendimento de suporte nível 1 aos usuários do aplicativo (mobile e web), solucionando dúvidas e encaminhando casos mais complexos para o time técnico
  • Garantir uma experiência empática, clara e eficiente no atendimento ao cliente
  • Registrar e classificar corretamente os chamados recebidos
  • Identificar padrões recorrentes de dúvidas ou dificuldades e reportar à equipe
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e da base de conhecimento interno
  • Trabalhar de forma próxima a outras áreas, aprendendo com as interações e ganhando visão do negócio
