The Assistant in Driver Recruiting will support Via's driver recruitment across the DACH region, coordinating with the supply planning team to meet hiring goals. Responsibilities include scheduling on-site appointments and onboarding/training sessions for new drivers, managing candidate communication and booking throughout the application process to ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintaining driver master data while ensuring compliance. The role also involves prioritizing operational challenges, finding creative solutions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance processes, systems, and tools.
