Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer service, driving sales, handling difficult situations, demonstrating organizational skills, and multi-tasking
Inventory control
Assist in reviewing orders
Collaborate with corporate, vendors, and buyer team
Interview, hire, conduct employee orientations, training, and development
Coach and guide store employees to improve customer experience
Demonstrate expert knowledge of BRS products to provide customer recommendations
Communicate with General Manager for business and store team needs
Provide support and feedback for overall performance on the store and employees
Assist in the hiring process, conduct screen interviews, and recruit
Ensure all company standards are followed
Assist the General Manager in planning, prioritizing, and adjusting schedules to drive sales while following payroll expectations
Execute all marketing, promotions, and events promptly
Ensure all pricing, signage, and display information is correct
Perform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy while completing customer transactions
Maintain store safety standards
Maintain store cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathroom
Maintain all safety standards for deliveries
Participate in product education classes and training
