As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store, assisting with merchandising and product launches, helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensuring that customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T’s products and services. You will also gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues, taking initiative and striving to create results, and collaborating with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
