Responsibilities

  • Oversee the flow of product from shipment arrival to merchandising the sales floor
  • Act as on-site inventory expert overseeing back-of-house operations
  • Present a compelling store environment embodying Everlane's ethos and aesthetic
  • Motivate team of product-enthusiasts to exceed results
  • Manage store expenses and initiate physical upkeep
  • Foster a space where team members are continuously developed and work effectively to meet company goals
  • Actively assess key financial indicators to identify strengths and opportunities
  • Maximize team and resources, hold self and others accountable
  • Apply lessons from experiences to new situations and create development opportunities
  • Lead the in-store customer journey, bring service model to life, provide direction and feedback to team
  • Map and plan new launches weekly and monthly using business insight, resources, and feedback for store flow and merchandising
  • Lead and execute monthly product flow and assortment adjustments focusing on volume drivers and sell-through
  • Execute and maintain store presentation standards, lead training and coaching
  • Manage inventory integrity through in-store processes and procedures
  • Oversee in-store replenishment, ensure size integrity on sales floor, communicate sell-through concerns
  • Oversee supply procurement, in-store technology, and facility maintenance
