Responsibilities

  • Manage general commercial property administration, including lease administration and financial management procedures
  • Maintain and update tenancy schedules
  • Assist with tenant liaison and requests
  • Prepare monthly reports, including financial analysis, diary reports, and client requests
  • Monitor all income records to ensure invoices are sent correctly and in a timely manner to tenants
  • Monitor and manage tenant rental arrears, liaising with tenants to ensure prompt resolution and minimise outstanding debts
  • Assist in instructions to prepare and finalise leases
  • Develop detailed knowledge of all leases within the portfolio to ensure compliance by landlord and tenant
  • Support the property team in delivering tenant engagement initiatives, including sustainability programs, building activations, and community events, to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the QLD portfolio and support the VIC Property Management Team by completing administrative tasks to support strategic goals
