Requirements

  • Experience with People information technology and processes within an HR or People Operations environment is preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio; familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to gather and interpret data effectively
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organisation
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude with a passion for improving workplace processes and employee experiences

Responsibilities

  • Assist the POTL with the planning and execution of People projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment, working closely with the POTL and the Project Manager for the HRIS System implementation
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project planning
  • Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to People initiatives
  • Produce enduring process maps and documents, training materials and user guides
  • Develop test scripts and take part in testing
  • Contribute to building a positive team culture by fostering collaboration, engagement, and open communication
