Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or leasing preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Keep track of leasing pipeline and prepare regular reports
  • Liaise with landlords, property owners, and brokers for property listings and updates
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target micro-markets
  • Support documentation, due diligence, and compliance processes
