  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally in the automotive, automotive aftermarket, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Knowledge of brand strategy, creative strategy, and digital media planning
  • Experience leading the execution of marketing plans, including managing budgets and agency relationships
  • Social media or influencer marketing experience (desired)
  • Proactive and highly engaged personality to build relationships
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to gather/interpret complex data and alternate between creative and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of brand and product communication for the Mickey Thompson brand
  • Extensively understand the brand's current/future product portfolio and consumer targets to create innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Develop short- and long-term communication strategies and marketing plans
  • Oversee all execution, including agency management
  • Define and maintain brand voice across all touchpoints, including style guides and messaging frameworks
  • Lead creative development, turning strategy into compelling content and providing final copy sign-off
  • Execute workflows for creative production, version control, and legal approvals
  • Track campaign performance of messaging and incorporate results into future campaign planning
