Responsibilities

  • Rédaction et publication des offres d’emploi
  • Sourcing via les jobboards
  • Préqualification téléphonique, entretiens, suivi des candidatures
  • Organisation de l’onboarding
  • Rédaction des contrats de travail et des courriers RH
  • Suivi des dossiers salariés dans le SIRH (entrées, sorties, période d’essai, etc.)
  • Appui à la gestion des campagnes d’entretien
  • Mise en œuvre opérationnelle du plan de formation
  • Sourcing prestataires, suivi des inscriptions, logistique, reporting
  • Participation aux relations écoles et actions de marque employeur
  • Rédaction de contenus RH internes (newsletters, supports de communication…)
  • Réalisation de tableaux de bord et indicateurs RH
