Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, and public accounting experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and whole leadership in FP&A are essential qualifications.
The Assistant Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will provide insightful analysis of financial performance, prepare and present financial reports, develop and maintain financial models, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, support strategic business cases, and lead and develop a high-performing team while managing the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
