Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline, and have at least one year of experience in a clinical research environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and regulatory guidelines is highly desirable.
The Assistant CRA will perform remote activities on assigned projects in collaboration with the Remote CRA, On-Site CRA, and study CTM, providing support with site preparedness, logistical support for monitoring, and assisting with site management and remote monitoring tasks in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. They will complete study and site management activities as defined in the task matrix, complete and document study-specific training, provide in-house support during pre-study assessments, support site staff with vendor qualification processes, coordinate logistics for IM attendance, support maintenance of vendor trackers, coordinate study/site supply management, verify document collection and RCR submission status, review patient-facing materials, support site payments processes, and perform reconciliation tasks on assigned trials.
