Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar sector and possess knowledge of tools such as EProc/Ivalua and MS Excel. A willingness to maintain knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and associated legal cases is essential. Candidates must be British Citizens and undergo BPSS checks.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Compliance Officer will manage the Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Programme, assist in developing and implementing changes to policies and procedures, and build relationships to promote a culture of integrity. They will also plan and implement compliance training, maintain records for Business Advisers, participate in third-party supplier management, and handle queries related to donations, sponsorships, gifts, hospitality, and conflicts of interest. Additionally, they will support audits and stay updated on legal and regulatory changes.
