  • Proven track record in category marketing, brand management, or product marketing with experience launching new products and managing end-to-end campaigns
  • Strong understanding of consumer journeys, omnichannel touchpoints, and digital marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis, ROI tracking, and applying insights to campaign refinement
  • Excellent communication and project management skills—comfortable leading cross-functional and cross-border collaboration
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own marketing strategy and execution for PWS and Gaming categories, aligning with regional priorities and local business objectives
  • Coordinate and support local sales campaigns, including planning, offer development, POS support, and trade activation in collaboration with the sales and customer marketing teams
  • Develop and implement 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including digital, social, retail, PR, partnerships, and influencer
  • Lead local product launches, including GTM planning, creative briefing, and execution alignment
  • Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and other teams to align promotional plans, drive in-store visibility, and optimize media spend (MDF & OPEX)
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to manage creative development, content localization, media, and campaign execution
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and market data, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and improve future planning
  • Act as consumer advocate, leveraging market research and feedback to develop compelling local value propositions and communication strategies
  • Drive community engagement and build brand affinity through innovative, local activation programs across esports, creators, workspace productivity, and tech communities
  • Report regularly on campaign KPIs, budget utilization, channel performance, and category health to key stakeholders
