Requirements

  • Experience in financings, securitization, and capital markets transactions (preferably with a major law firm or corporate law department)
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing in a state Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory policy issues affecting securities and ABS, MBS, and CMBS markets
