Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or Vocational School preferred)
At least 2 years of work experience in the automotive cable harness industry
Familiarity with cable harness production processes
Proficient in high-voltage connector and high-voltage harness assembly
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with automotive cable harness production (preferred)
Experience as a high-voltage harness sample maker (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist engineers with validation work for high-voltage connectors and harnesses
Participate in the technical guidance for new high-voltage projects
Track and rectify manufacturing issues
Follow the daily work arrangements of equipment engineers and team leaders
Assist with the preparation and acceptance of equipment for various business engineering changes and new projects
Assist engineers in the production of new project samples and provide training to production staff
Prepare and complete WI (Work Instruction) documents
Assist engineers in verifying new project process parameters, importing them, and managing subsequent changes
Ensure stable operation of production equipment and processes
Assist in analyzing and resolving quality issues
