Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or Vocational School preferred)
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the automotive cable harness industry
  • Familiarity with cable harness production processes
  • Proficient in high-voltage connector and high-voltage harness assembly
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with automotive cable harness production (preferred)
  • Experience as a high-voltage harness sample maker (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers with validation work for high-voltage connectors and harnesses
  • Participate in the technical guidance for new high-voltage projects
  • Track and rectify manufacturing issues
  • Follow the daily work arrangements of equipment engineers and team leaders
  • Assist with the preparation and acceptance of equipment for various business engineering changes and new projects
  • Assist engineers in the production of new project samples and provide training to production staff
  • Prepare and complete WI (Work Instruction) documents
  • Assist engineers in verifying new project process parameters, importing them, and managing subsequent changes
  • Ensure stable operation of production equipment and processes
  • Assist in analyzing and resolving quality issues
