需具备基本的计算机操作知识，能够使用Windows操作系统，熟练运用Office软件，如Word、Excel等，会使用公司的网站以及标准的Lotus Notes邮箱。
需具备基本的数学知识用于计算。
成功地完成CPS绿带的培训，需精通以下的CPS技能：应用标准化工作程序-员工，质量，速度，成本（PQVC）；理解并使用CI卡用于持续改进（CI）；使用5S工具对岗位进行管理；根据需要必要时应用全面生产维护；参与日常流程改进的对话。

Responsibilities

使用工具、设备、化学清洗机对零件进行拆解和装配。
使用图纸、检具、扭矩测量设备及其他设备确保产品符合规范要求。
使用Factory Process, LMS, MFGPRO, Excel等软件及系统，实现工作顺序、过程文件的制定及多种报告功能。
根据规定的方法识别、隔离、处置不合格材料。
对有清洁度要求的工序和岗位，执行清洁度审核。
操作气动、电动工具及其他设备拆解或装配零件。
使用手动和自动检具测量产品质量是否符合要求。
根据需要完成随时可能被安排的其他职责和任务。
遵循工厂制定的安全政策，安全工作流程及对安全隐患的评估。
每周执行安全停止观察。
根据CPS的流程安全、有效、持续地生产高质量的产品。
记录CPS数据。
遵循在卡特彼勒工厂流程系统中建立的、文件化的流程要求。
遵循已建立的并文件化的ISO质量体系的规定，例如：ISO:9001等。
积极参与和配合工厂的持续改进工作。
