  • Título universitario en administración de empresas, mercadotecnia o ingeniería
  • De 2 a 4 años de experiencia en marketing y/o ventas / Representante de Ventas en la industria farmacéutica
  • Experiencia en interacción con líderes de opinión (KOLs), asociaciones médicas y mayoristas
  • Inglés intermedio avanzado con buenas habilidades de comunicación y redacción

Responsibilities

  • Ser parte integral del equipo de marketing para maximizar el desempeño de la marca, impulsar la rentabilidad y el crecimiento, y lanzar nuevos productos
  • Participar en discusiones de estrategia de marca para dar forma al desarrollo y ejecución de los planes anuales de marca
  • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para ejecutar programas digitales y sociales, actualizaciones de empaques y materiales promocionales
  • Ayudar a sintetizar información clave para el negocio con el fin de desarrollar estrategias acordes a las condiciones del mercado
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción para la gestión adecuada de marcas secundarias de la división
  • Apoyar al Gerente Senior en programas y/o actividades de sus marcas dentro del portafolio asignado
  • Garantizar que los representantes de ventas cuenten con las herramientas necesarias para su promoción según lo planeado
  • Gestión precisa del P&L (estado de resultados) de las marcas secundarias asignadas
  • Establecer un diagnóstico adecuado de la situación de las marcas bajo su responsabilidad, integrando todos los aspectos relevantes del negocio (prescripciones, ventas internas, ventas externas, competidores, nuevos productos, etc.)
  • Revisión continua de tendencias y variables del mercado para predecir posibles cambios
  • Comprender y controlar el P&L de las marcas secundarias asignadas para maximizar los resultados financieros de la organización
  • Desarrollar y distribuir materiales promocionales para generar demanda de las marcas secundarias asignadas
