Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering, with 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, particularly as a Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience interacting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical associations, and wholesalers is required, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

The Brand Associate will be an integral part of the marketing team, contributing to maximizing brand performance, driving profitability and growth, and launching new products. This role involves participating in brand strategy discussions, shaping the development and execution of annual brand plans, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute digital and social programming, packaging updates, and promotions. The associate will synthesize market insights to develop strategies, develop and implement action plans for secondary brands, and support the Senior Manager in brand programs. Responsibilities include ensuring sales representatives have necessary promotional tools, accurately managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned secondary brands, diagnosing brand situations by integrating business aspects like prescriptions and sales data, continuously reviewing market trends, and developing and distributing promotional materials to generate demand.
