Responsibilities

Active supervision and control of systems and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation, assuming the delegated competencies by the Shift Manager in their absence
Management of operational documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety procedures, fulfilling information transmissions to consecutive shifts
Effective management of physical resources and logistics of the plant, handling equipment for the unloading and storage of biomass and chemicals
Coordinating safety measures and responding efficiently to emergency situations, ensuring that personnel involved in work are properly qualified
Support in the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency, collaborating in the research of new innovative technologies and processes
