Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in design at / across top-level agencies
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients
  • Worked on at least 1 large-scale multi-national brand in the past
  • Previous experience with a Banking or Finance brand is optional but good to have
  • Ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organize and prioritize workloads to maximize productivity
  • Strong Adobe CS skills (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Basic After Effects experience or any other digital animation software and video editing tool
  • Working knowledge of print and digital design and its requirements
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service
  • Fully proficient in English
  • Includes both video & basic motion / editing skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Creative Team Lead for the account and take projects from brief to completion
  • Provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines
  • Produce engaging & relevant creative concepts and content that meets the client brief and OLIVER’s standards whilst positively influencing clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the clients marketing strategy to deliver high quality results
  • Pitch new pro-active creative concepts
  • Work closely with the creative team to create engaging print and digital content across platforms
  • Ensure all work created by the team is as per guidelines and meets the best practices of the platform
  • Provide leadership and direction to the designers who will report into you
  • Foster a culture of creativity whilst keeping client-centricity at the core
  • Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that comply with the correct output specifications
  • Stay up to date with the latest category & creative trends and consistently implement into creative product
  • Handle types of work including: New Campaign Ideation, Social Media (posts, reels, carousels, GIFs, etc.), E-Commerce (Hero images, supplementary images, etc.), Digital (Banners, E-Mailers, etc.), Print & Outdoor (Press, Magazine, Brochures, OOH / Digital OOH, etc.), Basic Video Assets (GIFs, Post Animations, Cut-Downs for Social, etc.)
