Responsibilities

Translate open-ended briefs into visually arresting, culture-cutting work that stands out in corporate finance
Lead and contribute directly to the design of key assets including slide decks, campaigns, branded content, events, and digital experiences
Champion experimentation, risk-taking, and out-of-the-box thinking in the creative process
Act as a hands-on designer while inspiring and leading the team
Pursue insights into trends and share them with internal teams
Develop and maintain Carta’s creative standards across visual communications
Proactively reach out to build relationships across varied teams (Product, Events, Social)
Report to the UK-based Creative Lead as part of the global Brand and Creative design team
