Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience translating and reviewing content within marketing, product, and informational subject matter, along with a degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience. They should also demonstrate proficiency in various translation and terminology tools, excellent communication skills in English, and native fluency in Armenian. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have some degree of proficiency in UI, CS, and creative knowledge, including synopses and episodic titles, and the ability to follow instructions regarding character restrictions.

Responsibilities

The English into Armenian Creative UI and Marketing Linguist will translate and review content from English into Armenian, ensuring the original meaning is conveyed in a readable and understandable manner for the target audience, working with content types such as informational, legal, marketing, product, and support materials. They will actively contribute to the success of the program by taking ownership of incoming work and communicating effectively the rationale behind their transcreation skills.
