Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience utilizing ARIS tools, process modeling, and process optimization. Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and its application within ARIS is required, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience conducting workshops to gather requirements. A solid understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies, coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines, are also essential.
The ARIS Engineer will leverage their expertise to support BlackStone eIT’s process management initiatives by ensuring the effective design, implementation, and optimization of business processes, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient ARIS-based solutions. They will contribute to organizational improvement by directly impacting operational efficiency and the success of projects.
