A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience is required, along with minimum two years’ industrial operations experience (steel/pipe facilities preferred), previous team leadership experience, business operations and process improvement experience, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and familiarity with OH&S regulations.
