  • Ability to achieve business objectives in a designated sales territory while following sales processes
  • Experience in achieving monthly volume/POS targets
  • Proven track record in achieving specific targets (16” & above in GY and 14” & above in Kelly)
  • Skills in appointing new dealers, new BRO’s, and increasing market share
  • Capability to plan, execute, and report on sales activities
  • Proficiency in monitoring sales against targets, identifying remedial actions, and implementing them
  • Adherence to beat plans and personal journey plans (PJP)
  • Ability to provide feedback on competitor activities and pricing
  • Experience tracking achievements against AOP (volume, product mix, channel activation & expansion)
  • Knowledge of sharing accounts (SOA) and share of market (SOM)
  • Strong relationship management skills with key dealers (BRO/MBR)
  • Ability to support and coordinate with dealers, collect orders/payments
  • Capacity to cooperate with other departments on service solutions
  • Proficiency in preparing and submitting timely reports
  • Experience delivering periodical progress reports and providing recommendations for marketplace improvements

Responsibilities

  • Achieve business objectives in the designated sales territory while following sales processes
  • Achieve monthly volume/POS targets
  • Achieve 16” & above in GY and 14” & above in Kelly
  • Appoint new dealers, new BRO’s, and increase market share
  • Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in the assigned sales area
  • Monitor sales against agreed targets regularly, identify/report/implement remedial actions as needed
  • Adhere to beat plan & PJP
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities/pricing
  • Track achievements against AOP (volume, product mix, channel activation & expansion)
  • Manage sharing of accounts (SOA) and share of market (SOM)
  • Maintain relationships with key dealers (BRO/MBR)
  • Support & coordinate with dealers, collect orders/payments in their absence
  • Cooperate with other departments in implementing approved service solutions
  • Prepare & submit timely reports
  • Deliver periodical progress reports and proactively submit recommendations for marketplace improvements
