Requirements

  • Adhering to Beat Plan & PJP
  • Achieving specific targets: Monthly Volume/POS Targets, 16” & above in GY, 14” & above in Kelly, AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion)
  • Knowledge of sales processes and market mapping in designated territory (Ranchi, Farm Repl. Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Achieving business objectives in the designated sales territory while following sales processes
  • Achieving Monthly Volume/POS Targets
  • Achieving 16” & above in GY and 14” & above in Kelly
  • Appointing New Dealers, New BRO’s and Increasing the Market Share
  • Planning, executing and reporting on sales activities in the assigned sales area
  • Monitoring sales against agreed targets regularly, identifying, reporting and implementing remedial actions where necessary
  • Providing feedback on Competitor activities/Pricing
  • Achieving against AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion)
  • Sharing of Accounts (SOA), SOM (Share of Market)
  • Maintaining relationships with key Dealers (BRO/MBR)
  • Supporting & coordinating with Dealers and collecting Orders/Payments in their absence
  • Cooperating with other departments in the implementation of approved service solutions
  • Preparing & submitting timely reports
  • Delivering periodical progress reports and proactively submitting recommendations for improvements in marketplace approach
