Responsibilities

  • Lead Long & Foster Partnership Expansion: Establish, integrate, and drive growth within the partnership with Long & Foster, bringing Super’s innovative home solutions to one of the largest real estate networks
  • Nurture and expand relationships: Maintain and grow referral relationships with existing partners in the territory
  • Grow referral base: Creatively and energetically engage prospective real estate partners to secure new referrals
  • Present to real estate professionals: Deliver persuasive presentations to real estate agents, brokers, and managers
  • Negotiate agreements: Navigate organizations to meet with decision-makers and secure brokerage-level partnership agreements
  • Educate partners: Regularly educate partners on the benefits of Super’s product offerings and enhancements
  • Analyze market feedback: Analyze market feedback to develop competitive strategies and tactics
  • Provide field feedback: Gather information from the field and provide it to Super for product improvement
  • Build relationships: Cultivate personal relationships with partners for long-term collaboration
