Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Leadership
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Holiday Services team
Provide leadership and direction to a group of 30 CMC Cast Members
Ensure that all processes and procedures are executed with a focus on the four key priorities: Safety, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency
Lead and develop the Cast to ensure productivity and accountability
