Responsibilities

  • Gain market share and grow market in the Cardiac Ablation Business by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions’ products within assigned territory
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop new customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and close sales
  • Manage large accounts involving multiple team members, secure and maintain product distributions/services, and effective agreements
  • Work independently with limited supervision, build a network of relationships
  • Achieve individual sales targets, execute sales plans by developing new accounts/expanding existing accounts, expand market presence, and build strong client base
  • Drive adoption and penetration in accounts
  • Make improvements to sales processes and tools to enhance performance
  • Recommend changes in account strategy and tactics to achieve sales goals
  • Influence internal contacts and external suppliers, customers, and/or vendors regarding policy, practices, and procedures; communicate involving advanced negotiation and/or presentations to manage relationships and close sales
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other sales professionals and/or support employees; manage large accounts requiring delegation of work and review of others' work product
