Completed university degree or comparable education
Several years of experience in logistics, ideally in a disciplinary leadership position with more than 20 employees
Strong communication skills, ability to motivate teams, and composure in challenging situations
Expertise in logistics processes, labor law, and Works Constitution Act
Proficiency in using operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify untapped potentials
Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety
German language skills at C2 level and English at B2 level
