Requirements

Experience leading a team in a fast paced FMCG environment
Good understanding of HR policies that support behavioural and performance management of your team
Obsess over customer and quality
Ability to drive Gousto culture, team engagement and provide a sense of purpose to your team
Build strong relationships and work in partnership with other departments
Good coaching and motivational skills that support the building and development of high performing individuals
Experience using Google sheets, and open to learn other tech systems
Basic problem solving ability (RCA, 5Why’s)
Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving 20kg trays of ice via lifting or pushing loaded pallets (active role moving around the large factory)
Level 2 food safety training

Responsibilities

Ensure that health and safety is given the highest priority and is considered in all plans, actions and activities
Promote participation in employee surveys
Conduct regular 1:1's and performance reviews with all team members
Maintain regular communication with interrelated departments, such as technical and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently
Ensure worker scheduling and attendance records are up to date
Monitor and drive team performance
