Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural planning and elevation layout. Proven experience working with UK clients or firms, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools, and a strong understanding of UK building codes, planning policies, and space standards are required. An excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are also necessary, along with a portfolio showcasing relevant UK-based projects. A Master's degree or licensure in Architecture, experience with BIM modeling and MEP coordination, and familiarity with UK planning application processes are preferred.
The Architect will be responsible for creating proposed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections, while maximizing space efficiency and maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity. This role involves communicating with UK-based clients via email and virtual meetings, ensuring compliance with UK planning regulations and standards, and preparing technical documentation and visualizations for client presentations. The Architect will also collaborate with engineers and other consultants for integrated design solutions.
