Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Modern Workplace, the Collaborative Solutions Architect is a member of the Data & Technologies business unit. As a member of the Modern Workplace team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions based on the SharePoint platform, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and Microsoft Purview. You will work closely with the company's clients to understand their needs and translate their requirements into high-performing technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Your mission consists of:

• Analyzing client needs and designing adapted technical architectures.
• Being responsible for the design and implementation of innovative solutions based on the SharePoint platform, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and Microsoft Purview.
• Participating in transformation and strategy projects in document management to help clients develop their roadmap for future projects.
• Actively supporting development teams and consultants in the concrete implementation of solutions.
• Acting as a technical mentor, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Finding the right balance between direction and support to ensure the quality of deliverables while fostering team skill development.
• Leading digital transformation projects (document migration, digital workplace, etc.).
• Participating in tenders, interacting with clients, and leading techno-functional workshops.
• Intervening in document management, developing governance and compliance strategies for clients, and proposing upselling solutions around SharePoint, Power Platform, and automation (Copilot, AI).
