Responsibilities

  • Personnel responsibility for employees in various parts of the value chain
  • Maintain high quality standards in all stages
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements
  • Contribute to the development of production plans
  • Close collaboration with other staff and support functions in case of deviations and changes
  • Use of tools (e.g., Lean and digitalization) to streamline the entire value chain
  • Responsible for processing returned products, covering the entire value chain from receipt of return products to finished bulk substance
