Requirements
- Preferably long experience, vocational certificate in chemistry-process/technical college

Responsibilities
- Personnel responsibility for employees in various parts of the value chain
- Maintain high quality standards in all stages
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements
- Contribute to the development of production plans
- Close collaboration with other staff and support functions in case of deviations and changes
- Use of tools (e.g., Lean and digitalization) to streamline the entire value chain
- Responsible for processing returned products, covering the entire value chain from receipt of return products to finished bulk substance
