Candidates need a Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML or related fields, experience in state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies like GAN and/or diffusion models, strong hands-on experience in image/video generation and editing, and experience with large-scale generative models. Peer-reviewed publications and industrial research experience are also sought, especially in video generation.
