Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, performance management, coaching, and mentoring of Application Specialists
  • Manage a high-performance team that provides in-field technical applications support for Leica Biosystems’ products and services
  • Directly support accounts within a designated region and as required in other areas across the US
  • Support the achievement of the U.S. Sales Unit’s annual sales and margin objectives while ensuring an optimized customer experience
  • Drive achievement of sales goals and support sales growth by collaborating with regional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Organize and deliver training for staff on safety, operational procedures, and equipment use
  • Lead the introduction of new products and coordinate participation in key sales meetings and events
  • Develop and implement onboarding, training, and standard work programs for Application Specialists and critical account management
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development for Application Specialists, including incentive plan participation
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring satisfaction and regulatory compliance
