Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management

Good to have: Experience with ITIL framework

Responsibilities

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
Engage with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems operate seamlessly
Use exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support and address client concerns promptly
Accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills
Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals
