Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in production application support as a Production Application Support Engineer
  • Experience providing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for repeated and critical incidents
  • Hands-on experience in automating routine tasks
  • Very good experience in Python development
  • Experience in troubleshooting REST APIs
  • Ability to monitor, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL and BigQuery databases
  • Experience working with GCP services to ensure application availability, performance, and security
  • Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating with APIGEE
  • Experience collaborating with DevOps and development teams using Jenkins, GitLab, and JIRA for CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking
  • Ability to perform basic UNIX/Linux administration and scripting tasks

Responsibilities
