Responsibilities

  • Act as software detectives, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and enhancements
  • Document solutions and processes to improve future support efforts
  • Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
  • Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
  • Contribute to providing solutions for work-related problems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices
