Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in a technical support or database administrator role
Basic to intermediate understanding of StarDog, RDF, SPARQL, GraphQL, and semantic technologies
Experience with Linux command-line tools, shell scripting, and system monitoring
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools like Grafana
Ability to analyze logs and performance metrics to troubleshoot issues
Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level support for StarDog Graph DB-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve SPARQL query issues, data load failures, and integration problems
Monitor StarDog server health, performance, and logs
Assist developers and analysts with data access, permissions, and query tuning
Maintain documentation for known issues, solutions, and best practices
Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches on StarDog environments
Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into support solutions
