Requirements

  • Excellent / expert knowledge of LCMS method development and / or method validation and transfer
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, enabling the identification and resolution of issues
  • Customer Success experience beneficial
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective communication within the team and among collaborators
  • Proficient in delivering effective presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and technical skills
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills, ensuring efficient completion of tasks

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales demonstration with applications for high end technology (LCMS and LCMSMS)
  • Post-Sales training to customer trouble shooting at customer place as well as in Technical Centre to support LSMS sales team (30-50%)
  • Technical Training sessions for Customer as well as internal customers
  • Help to maintain and increase product usage and support sales efforts through technical presentations and product demonstration
  • Develop and maintain positive relationship with customers
  • Accompany Sales Representatives on sales calls in customer laboratories to provide technical and applications assistance
  • Act as a key contributor of customer feedback to develop new technical collateral White paper with collaboration of customer
  • Assist in creation and review of technical literature including manuals and application notes
