Responsibilities

  • Daily Level I dispatch of GE HealthCare BU, modalities, and third-party company’s applications: dispatch orders to corresponding GEHC BU, modalities, and third-party companies according to system report mail and follow up training status
  • Preparation and support for internal training class: send demand to conference vendor, confirm required list from application team including prototype equipment when needed, apply in system, provide onsite support, summarize training score results, update qualifications in system and manual tracker, prepare training agreement, and assist in signing
  • Responsible for Level II training and relevant arrangement: communicate with application team, third-party/training supplier, internal IPP, and external customers; conduct relevant processes, submit requests in SSP system after confirmation, provide onsite support, assist in signing, and related work
  • Third-party application training fee settlement: sort out payment tracker according to system report, send list meeting settlement conditions to training supplier for verification, submit request in SSP system after confirmation, receive after approval, and register in payment tracker
  • System-related work support: create events for GE APP and solve daily system use issues
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports: provide data support for application managers
  • Quarterly finance ECA check: provide training IBs payment status to Finance
  • E-application system upgrade support: propose requirements based on business and Application team, communicate with relevant persons on feasibility
  • Support QMS quality management, internal and external BSI audits yearly to achieve 0 defect target
