Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of web content management systems
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with integration of AEM with other systems and platforms
Knowledge of best practices in application design and development

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges
Guide the team through the development process
Engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
