Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Delivery
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Service Delivery (Must Have)
Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles
Experience in project management tools and techniques
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively
Good to have: Experience with Agile methodologies
Good to have: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to align application development with business objectives
Manage project timelines
Facilitate communication between stakeholders
Oversee technical aspects of application delivery to meet quality standards and user requirements
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously assess and improve application delivery processes for efficiency
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI
Address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
