Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration
15 years full time education
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration (Must To Have)
Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies
Experience with workflow automation tools and techniques
Ability to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows
Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies
AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, oversee development, and ensure applications meet specified needs
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate into enterprise workflows
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience
