Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management
Complete working experience in SAP MM all configuration and processes
Experience in SAP WM configuration and processes
Experience or knowledge on SAP S4 Procurement Process
At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with thorough knowledge of integration with cross-functional modules like PP/QM/FICO
End-to-end custom development experience including interface development
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management
Experience with SAP integration and configuration
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Quick learner with high problem-solving skills
Experience in team management, delivery management, and stakeholder management
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project goals are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team through the development process
Engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project objectives
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
