Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
Good to have: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Spring Boot, React.js
Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Proficient in database management and SQL
15 years full time education
Based in Pune and able to work Shift B (12:30pm till 10:00pm)

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address roadblocks
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team through development
Engage in strategic planning to align project goals with organizational objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
