Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, a curious & assertive mindset - you like finding out why something broke, not just fixing it
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, or any scripting languages or tools
  • Basic knowledge of Python (or the willingness to pick it up quickly)
  • Great communication skills — you can talk to engineers one minute and customers the next
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant experience from a technical role (e.g., IDF Unit 8200)
  • Experience in the Cyber Security industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Owning escalated technical cases related to integrations, API failures, Performance and data sync issues
  • Investigating problems end-to-end - from logs and API calls to reproducing issues using tools like Postman, cURL and Python
  • Working directly with engineers, Professional Services, Sales, and Support teams to understanding context and driving solutions
  • Joining customer calls during escalations and helping explain complex issues in clear, simple terms
  • Spotting recurring issues and working with R&D to improving monitoring, documentation, and internal tools
