1-2 FTZ Implementations
1-2 years of Warehouse Experience
Transportation Management (TMS) Experience
Experience debugging Oracle PL/SQL and writing advanced level queries
Knowledge in Kotlin or Java (plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including collaboratively with business users

Responsibilities

Working in production support: monitoring queues, ticket updates per SLA, collaborating with stakeholders for resolutions
Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot software programs and applications
Perform fixes for software errors timely and accurately
Participate in software upgrades, revisions, and patches
Maintain and provide production support for existing systems
Engage with stakeholders to provide ticket updates
Guide developers on design, development, and deployment of mission-critical systems
Review work of development teams
Build and maintain a document repository with global partners
Provide on-call production support
Contribute to process improvements
